Municipal Facilities definition

Municipal Facilities means any facilities, including highways, sidewalks, conduits, manholes, equipment, machinery, pipes, wires, valves, buildings, structures, signage, bridges, viaducts and other equipment within the Public Places used by the Municipality for the purposes of its public works or municipal operations;
Municipal Facilities means City-owned structures located within the Public Way, including utility poles, Streetlight Poles, Decorative Streetlight Poles, lighting fixtures, electrifiers, Traffic Signal Poles, catenary poles, sign posts, or other City-owned infrastructure and may refer to such facilities in the singular or plural, as appropriate to the context in which used.
Municipal Facilities means any property, both real and personal, including physical installations in the Municipal Right-of-Way that is owned by the Township of Morris.

Examples of Municipal Facilities in a sentence

  • Licensor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to maintain and operate its Municipal Facilities in such reasonable manner as will best enable Licensor to fulfill its own service requirements or obligations.

  • The aggregate Annual Fee with respect to each year of the term shall be an amount equal to the number of Equipment installed on Municipal Facilities during the preceding twelve (12) months multiplied by the Annual Fee, prorated as appropriate, and shall be due and payable not later than forty-five (45) days after each anniversary of the Installation Date.

  • All of Licensee’s construction and installation work for its Small Cell Equipment on the Municipal Facilities shall be performed at Licensee’s sole cost and expense and in a good and workmanlike manner and promptly completed.

Municipal Facilities means all property owned and operated by the Town of Amherstburg.
