Municipal Facilities definition

Municipal Facilities means any facilities, including highways, sidewalks, conduits, manholes, equipment, machinery, pipes, wires, valves, buildings, structures, signage, bridges, viaducts and other equipment within the Public Places used by the Municipality for the purposes of its public works or municipal operations;
Municipal Facilities means Village-owned Streetlight Poles, Decorative Streetlight Poles, lighting fixtures, electroliers, or other Village-owned structures located within the Public Way and may refer to such facilities in the singular or plural, as appropriate to the context in which used.
Municipal Facilities means any property, both real and personal, including physical installations in the Municipal Right-of-Way that is owned by the Township of Morris.

Examples of Municipal Facilities in a sentence

  • Grantee shall restore the Poles and other Municipal Facilities and surrounding areas affected by its Communications Facilities to their prior condition at the commencement of this Agreement, reasonable wear and tear and agreed upon modifications to Poles, such as installation of Riser or internal conduits, excepted.

  • If Grantee damages or interferes with the operation of any Municipal Facilities, equipment, public infrastructure, or street trees, Grantee shall, at its own expense, immediately do all things reasonable to avoid further injury or damages, direct and incidental, resulting therefrom and shall notify the Town immediately, prior to complete restoration and is responsible at its cost for complete and prompt restoration of such injury and damage.

  • No Permit granted under this Agreement shall extend, or be deemed to extend, to any Town-owned Poles or other Municipal Facilities, to the extent that Xxxxxxx’s Attachment would result in a forfeiture of the Town rights.

  • The Town will issue one or more Permit(s) to Grantee only when the Town determines, in its sole judgment, exercised reasonably, that, in the case of the use of Municipal Facilities, there is sufficient capacity to accommodate the requested Attachment(s), andthat in all cases (i) Grantee meets all requirements set forth in this Agreement, and (ii) such Permit(s) comply with all Applicable Standards and with applicable Law, including, without limitation, Chapter 172 of the Town Code.

  • In any situation where Xxxxxxx has a choice of attachingits Equipment to either Municipal Facilities or third-party-owned property in the Public Way, Xxxxxxx agrees to attach to the Municipal Facilities, provided that such Municipal Facilities are atleast equally suitable functionally for the current and future operation of the Network.


More Definitions of Municipal Facilities

Municipal Facilities means all property owned and operated by the Town of Amherstburg.
