Municipal Services Corporation definition

Municipal Services Corporation means a corporation established by the City of Ottawa pursuant to and in accordance with Section 203 of the Xxxxxxxxx Xxx, 0000 (Ontario) and O. Reg. 599/06;
Municipal Services Corporation means a corporation established by a municipal corporation under section 203 of the Municipal Act, 2001 or under section 148 of the City of Toronto Act, 2006.
