Municipal System definition

Municipal System means the electric transmission and distribution facilities that are owned, controlled and maintained by the Municipal.
Municipal System or "Municipal Service" means the pipe and accessories owned by the City, either within a municipal road or easement, to provide water or collect sewage from private property or premises and includes the trucked system and piped system unless specifically noting one of either trucked or piped system;
Municipal System means any public utility owned and operated by any political subdivision or municipal corporation of the State of Illinois, or owned by such an entity and operated by any lessee or agent thereof.

  • Each Municipal Customer shall construct, operate and maintain its Municipal System in compliance with all applicable laws relating to design, construction, operation, maintenance, treatment and water quality.
