Municipal Tag means a ticket alleging an offence issued pursuant to the authority of a bylaw of the City;

Municipal Tag means a tag or similar document issued by the Town pursuant to the Municipal Government Act that alleges a bylaw offence and provides a Person with the opportunity to pay an amount to the Town in lieu of prosecution for the offence;

Municipal Tag means a municipal tag as defined in the Enforcement Bylaw, Bylaw 16368;

Examples of Municipal Tag in a sentence

Where a Municipal Tag is issued pursuant to the Bylaw, the person to whom the Municipal Tag is issued may, in lieu of being prosecuted for the offence, pay to the County the penalty specified within the time period indicated on the Municipal Tag.
Where a Municipal Tag is issued pursuant to this By-law, the person to whom the Municipal Tag is issued may, in lieu of being prosecuted for the offence, pay to the Town the penalty specified within the time period indicated on the Municipal Tag.

More Definitions of Municipal Tag

Municipal Tag means a tag whereby the person alleged to have committed a breach of a provision of this Bylaw is given the opportunity to pay a Specified Penalty to the City in lieu of prosecution for an offence.
