Murabahah Sale Price definition

Murabahah Sale Price means the sum payable by the Bank to acquire the asset from Customer on Murabahah basis which consist of the Purchase Price and total profit.
Murabahah Sale Price means the sale price (equivalent to Purchase Price plus profit) to be paid by the Bank to the Customer upon maturity or upfront for each Commodity Murabahah Transaction, whereby the profit is computed based on the following formula:

  • In this product, the Customer will purchase the Commodity at Purchase Price from a supplier and thereafter, sell the Commodity to the Bank at Murabahah Sale Price on the basis of Murabahah which shall be paid to the Customer at the Maturity Date.

  • Under this product, the rebate is granted by the Customer to the Bank on the Murabahah Sale Price at the Redemption Date as referred in Clause 7 herein.

  • The Bank agrees to buy the commodity from Al Rajhi Nominee (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd (as an agent of the Customer) at the Murabahah Sale Price.

  • The sample includes all monthly repayments fromNovember 2003–June 2018, totaling over 275,000 observations.

  • The Customer agrees that: • profit shall be paid on maturity of the deposit; and • deposits may not be withdrawn before the maturity date and if exceptionally allowed, no profit is payable on the deposits and the Customer agrees that the Bank shall be entitled for a rebate equivalent to: • For deposits held 3 months and below: profit from the Murabahah Sale Price; or • For deposits held above 3 months: half of the profit for the completed months plus the profit for the uncompleted months.

  • The Bank will pay you the Murabahah Sale Price and such payment will be credited into the account as instructed by you on monthly basis on the last day of each calendar month.

  • As required by Bank Negara Malaysia’s guidelines and directives with regards to rebate (ibra’) and as the Bank in its absolute discretion accepts, in the event of pre- mature withdrawal or termination of the Account prior to the maturity date in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Customer waives the entire or part of the Profit comprised in the Murabahah Sale Price as determined by the Bank.

  • The Customer agrees that: • profit shall be paid on maturity of the deposit; and • deposits may not be withdrawn before the maturity date and if exceptionally allowed, no profit is payable on the deposits and the Customer agrees that the Bank shall be entitled for a rebate equivalent to:  For deposits held 3 months and below: profit from the Murabahah Sale Price; or  For deposits held above 3 months: half of the profit for the completed months plus the profit for the uncompleted months.

  • As required by Bank Negara Malaysia’s guidelines and directives with regards to rebate (ibra’) and as the Bank in its absolute discretion accepts, in the event of pre-mature withdrawal or termination of the TD prior to the maturity date in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Customer waives the entire or part of the Profit comprised in the Murabahah Sale Price as determined by the Bank.

  • Should the Bank allow for withdrawal prior to maturity, the Murabahah Sale Price will be paid in accordance with Clause 7.

Related to Murabahah Sale Price

  • Cash sale price means the price of a good or service a retail buyer would pay if he or she paid for the good or service in cash, and that is stated in a retail installment contract or in a sales slip or other memorandum furnished by a retail seller to a retail buyer pursuant to a retail charge agreement for that good or service. The cash sale price may include any taxes and charges for delivery, installation, servicing, repairs, alterations, or improvements.

  • Wholesale price or "WSP" shall mean the greater of (i) the first published price of the Licensed Product offered to retailers by Publisher as evidenced by a sell sheet or price list issued by Publisher, or (ii) the actual price paid by retailers upon the first commercial shipment of a Licensed Product without offsets, rebates or deductions from invoices of any kind.

  • Time sale price means the total of the cash price of the goods and services or services, the finance charge, and the amounts, if any, included for insurance premiums and official fees.

  • Sale Price means the value as determined by the Administrator of the consideration payable, or otherwise to be received by stockholders, per share of Stock pursuant to a Sale Event.

  • Closing Sale Price means, for any security as of any date, the last closing trade price for such security on the Principal Market, as reported by Bloomberg, or, if the Principal Market begins to operate on an extended hours basis and does not designate the closing trade price, then the last trade price of such security prior to 4:00:00 p.m., New York time, as reported by Bloomberg, or, if the Principal Market is not the principal securities exchange or trading market for such security, the last trade price of such security on the principal securities exchange or trading market where such security is listed or traded as reported by Bloomberg, or if the foregoing does not apply, the last trade price of such security in the over-the-counter market on the electronic bulletin board for such security as reported by Bloomberg, or, if no last trade price is reported for such security by Bloomberg, the average of the ask prices of any market makers for such security as reported in The Pink Open Market (or a similar organization or agency succeeding to its functions of reporting prices). If the Closing Sale Price cannot be calculated for a security on a particular date on any of the foregoing bases, the Closing Sale Price of such security on such date shall be the fair market value as mutually determined by the Company and the Holder. If the Company and the Holder are unable to agree upon the fair market value of such security, then such dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures in Section 15. All such determinations shall be appropriately adjusted for any stock dividend, stock split, stock combination or other similar transaction during such period.

  • Last Sale Price shall have the meaning specified in Section 13.3.

  • Last Reported Sale Price of the Common Stock on any date means the closing sale price per share (or if no closing sale price is reported, the average of the bid and ask prices or, if more than one in either case, the average of the average bid and the average ask prices) on that date as reported in composite transactions for the principal U.S. national or regional securities exchange on which the Common Stock is traded. If the Common Stock is not listed for trading on a U.S. national or regional securities exchange on the relevant date, the “Last Reported Sale Price” shall be the last quoted bid price for the Common Stock in the over-the-counter market on the relevant date as reported by OTC Markets Group Inc. or a similar organization. If the Common Stock is not so quoted, the “Last Reported Sale Price” shall be the average of the mid-point of the last bid and ask prices for the Common Stock on the relevant date from each of at least three nationally recognized independent investment banking firms selected by the Company for this purpose.

  • Resale Price means the price at which Seller, acting in a commercially reasonable manner, sells or is paid for a Rejected Purchase, plus transaction and other administrative costs reasonably incurred by Seller in re-selling such Rejected Purchase; provided, however, that in no event shall Seller be required to utilize or change its utilization of the Facility or its other assets, contracts or market positions in order to minimize Buyer’s liability for such Rejected Purchase.

  • Minimum Sale Price means (i) with respect to a Receivable (x) that has become 60 to 210 days delinquent or (y) that has become greater than 210 days delinquent and with respect to which the related Financed Vehicle has been repossessed by the Servicer and has not yet been sold at auction, the greater of (A) 55% multiplied by the Principal Balance of such Receivable and (B) the product of the three month rolling average recovery rate (expressed as a percentage) for the Servicer in its liquidation of all receivables for which it acts as servicer, either pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise, multiplied by the Principal Balance of such Receivable or (ii) with respect to a Receivable (x) with respect to which the related Financed Vehicle has been repossessed by the Servicer and has been sold at auction and the Net Liquidation Proceeds for which have been deposited in the Collection Account, or (y) that has become greater than 210 days delinquent and with respect to which the related Financed Vehicle has not been repossessed by the Servicer despite the Servicer’s diligent efforts, consistent with its servicing obligations, to repossess the Financed Vehicle, $1.

  • Average Sale Price means the average of the Sale Prices of the Common Stock for the shorter of

  • Average Wholesale Price or “AWP” means the wholesale price charged on a specific commodity that is assigned by the drug manufacturer and is listed in a nationally-recognized drug pricing file.

  • Closing Price has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 15.1(a).

  • Market Price as of any date, (i) means the average of the last reported sale prices for the shares of Common Stock on the OTCBB for the five (5) Trading Days immediately preceding such date as reported by Bloomberg, or (ii) if the OTCBB is not the principal trading market for the shares of Common Stock, the average of the last reported sale prices on the principal trading market for the Common Stock during the same period as reported by Bloomberg, or (iii) if market value cannot be calculated as of such date on any of the foregoing bases, the Market Price shall be the fair market value as reasonably determined in good faith by (a) the Board of Directors of the Company or, at the option of a majority-in-interest of the holders of the outstanding Warrants by (b) an independent investment bank of nationally recognized standing in the valuation of businesses similar to the business of the corporation. The manner of determining the Market Price of the Common Stock set forth in the foregoing definition shall apply with respect to any other security in respect of which a determination as to market value must be made hereunder.

  • Discounted Market Price of Shares means, if the Shares are listed only on the TSX Venture Exchange, the Market Price less the maximum discount permitted under the TSX Policy applicable to Options.

  • Current Market Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(d) hereof.

  • Price means an amount of money tendered for goods or services, and includes all applicable taxes less all unconditional discounts;

  • Common Share Price means the volume weighted average per share trading price of the Common Shares on the TSX for the 10 consecutive Trading Day period ending on the Trading Day immediately before the occurrence of a Trigger Event, or if the Common Shares are not then listed on the TSX, the principal stock exchange on which the Common Shares are then listed or quoted (being the stock exchange with the greatest volume of trading in the Common Shares during the previous six months), or if such shares are not listed or quoted on any stock exchange, or if no such trading prices are available, the Floor Price.

  • Average Market Price means, with respect to any security, the arithmetic average of the Market Price of such security for the 15 consecutive trading day period ending on and including the trading day immediately preceding the determination date.

  • Reference Share Price means, on any day, the closing price of a Reference Share on the primary exchange on which the Reference Share is traded, as reported by such exchange, provided that if the primary exchange on which a particular Reference Share is traded is not open for trading on that day, if there is no closing price on that day or if there is a market disruption event affecting such Reference Share on that day, the closing price on the immediately preceding day on which such exchange is open for trading (and for which there is a closing price and no market disruption event) will be used, except if this occurs on the Issue Date or an Average Valuation Date, in which case the closing price on the immediately following day on which such exchange is open for trading (and for which there is a closing price and no market disruption event) will be used, up to a maximum postponement of five Business Days. If the closing of the primary exchange, the absence of a closing price or the market disruption event should last for five Business Days, the closing price of the relevant Reference Share will be a price determined on such fifth Business Day by the Calculation Agent in its sole discretion and in good faith using market-accepted practices.

  • Initial Closing Price means the RI Closing Value of a Reference Item on the Strike Date

  • Closing Market Price means the price at which the company’s security was last sold, on the applicable date,

  • Selling Price means the same meaning as in RCW 82.08.010, except that when the product is sold under circumstances where the to- tal amount of consideration paid for the product is not indicative of its true value. Selling price means the true value of the product sold as determined or agreed to by the WSLCB. For purposes of this subsec- tion:

  • Event Market Price means, with respect to any Stock Combination Event Date, the quotient determined by dividing (x) the sum of the VWAP of the Common Stock for each of the five (5) Trading Days with the lowest VWAP of the Common Stock during the fifteen (15) consecutive Trading Day period ending and including the Trading Day immediately preceding the sixteenth (16th) Trading Day after such Stock Combination Event Date, divided by (y) five (5).

  • Parent Closing Price means the volume weighted average closing trading price of a share of Parent Common Stock on Nasdaq for the five consecutive trading days ending five trading days immediately prior to the date upon which the Merger becomes effective.

  • Average Price means the average closing price of a share of the Substitute Common Stock for the one year immediately preceding the consolidation, merger or sale in question, but in no event higher than the closing price of the shares of Substitute Common Stock on the day preceding such consolidation, merger or sale; provided that if Issuer is the issuer of the Substitute Option, the Average Price shall be computed with respect to a share of common stock issued by the person merging into Issuer or by any company which controls or is controlled by such person, as the Holder may elect.

  • Parent Share Price means the average of the volume weighted averages of the trading prices of Parent Common Shares on NYSE (as reported by Bloomberg L.P. or, if not reported therein, in another authoritative source mutually selected by Parent and the Company in good faith) on each of the 20 consecutive trading days ending on (and including) the trading day that is two trading days prior to the Closing Date.
