Named Appeals Fiduciary definition

Named Appeals Fiduciary means the person(s) appointed pursuant to Section 9.04.
Named Appeals Fiduciary means the person or persons named as such in accordance with the provisions of Section 9.04.
Named Appeals Fiduciary means the person or persons named as such by the Board, or if no such person or persons be named, the person or persons named as such by the Administrator.
