Named Fiduciary definition
Named Fiduciary means the Fiduciary or Fiduciaries named herein or in the Adoption Agreement who jointly or severally have the authority to control and manage the operation and administration of the Plan.
Named Fiduciary means the Plan Administrator which has the authority to control and manage the operation and administration of the Plan.

More Definitions of Named Fiduciary
Named Fiduciary means any Fiduciary who is named in this Plan, or who, pursuant to a procedure specified in the Plan, is identified as a Fiduciary to the Plan by the Company. Such Named Fiduciaries include, but are not limited to, the Trustee, the Plan Committee, and the Plan Administrator.
