Narrative Report means, with respect to the financial statements for which such narrative report is required, a narrative report describing the operations of Borrower and its Subsidiaries that complies with the applicable requirements under the Exchange Act for a “Management Discussion and Analysis” for the applicable Fiscal Quarter or Fiscal Year and for the period from the beginning of the then current Fiscal Year to the end of such period to which such financial statements relate.
Narrative Report means, with respect to the financial statements for which such narrative report is required, a narrative report describing the operations of Holdings and its Subsidiaries in the form prepared for presentation to senior management thereof for the applicable month, Fiscal Quarter or Fiscal Year and for the period from the beginning of the then current Fiscal Year to the end of such period to which such financial statements relate.

Narrative Report means, with respect to the financial statements with respect to which it is delivered, a management discussion and narrative report describing the operations of the Borrower and its subsidiaries for the applicable Fiscal Quarter or Fiscal Year and for the period from the beginning of the then current Fiscal Year to the end of the period to which the relevant financial statements relate, it being understood that such report may be in the form prepared for presentation to senior management of the Borrower and need not comply with the requirements of Regulation S-K under the Securities Act.
Narrative Report means, with respect to the financial statements for which such narrative report is required, a narrative report describing the operations of Holdings and the Restricted Subsidiaries with content substantially consistent with the requirements for “Management’s Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations” for a Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q or Annual Report on Form 10-K under the rules and regulations of the SEC, or any similar successor provisions, which may be satisfied for the relevant period by delivery of a Form 10-Q or Form 10-K, as applicable, as contemplated by Section 6.01 hereof.
Narrative Report means, with respect to the financial statements for which such narrative report is required, (a) a narrative report describing the operations of the Parent and its Subsidiaries in the form prepared for presentation to senior management thereof, and (b) a financial report package including management’s discussion and analysis of the financial condition and results of operations, in each case, for the applicable fiscal quarter or Fiscal Year and for the period from the beginning of the then current Fiscal Year to the end of such period to which such financial statements relate with comparison to and variances from the immediately preceding period and budget.
