National Account Vendor definition

National Account Vendor means an Automotive Repair Shop that operates facilities throughout the United States or in multi-state regions with which the Contractor has established a formal business relationship involving discounted and/or standardized fees or other arrangements that benefit the Contractor’s customers. Examples of such vendors include Goodyear®, Firestone®, and Pep Boys®.
National Account Vendor means an Automotive Repair Shop that operates facilities throughout the United States or in multi-state region(s) with which the Contractor has established a formal business relationship involving discounted and/or standardized fees or other arrangements that benefit the Contractor’s customers. Examples of such vendors include Goodyear®, Firestone®, and Pep Boys. National Account Vendors performing repair and maintenance services under the Contract are independent contractors and are neither contractors, subcontractors nor agents of Contractor.

  • Personal Account means any account owned by, or in the name of, an OppenheimerFunds Employee or Access Person in which Securities may be held or any such account in which an Employee (including an Access or Investment Person) has a Beneficial Interest.

  • Additional Account means each New Account and each Aggregate Addition Account.

  • Additional Accounts shall have the meaning specified in subsection 2.06(a).

  • External Account is your account at another financial institution (i) to which you are transferring funds from your Eligible Transaction Account; or (ii) from which you are transferring funds to your Eligible Transaction Account.

  • Sub-Accounts means the respective Sub-Accounts of the Escrow Account, into which the monies specified in Clause 4.1 would be credited every month and paid out if due, and if not due in a month then appropriated proportionately in such month and retained in the respective Sub Accounts and paid out therefrom on the Payment Date(s).

  • Clearing Account means the account so designated and established by Section 5.04(1) hereof.

  • Concentration Account Bank shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.01(e)(i).

  • Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Consumption Data. Customer Account Information also includes information received by the Company from the customer for purposes of participating in regulated utility programs, including, but not limited to bill pay assistance, shutoff protection, renewable energy, demand-side management, load management, or energy efficiency.

  • Distribution Account Deposit Date As to any Distribution Date, 12:30 p.m. Pacific time on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Control Account Agreement means any tri-party agreement by and among a Loan Party, the Administrative Agent and a depositary bank or securities intermediary at which such Loan Party maintains a Controlled Account, in each case in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).

  • Special Accounts means the accounts referred to in Section 2.02 (b) of this Agreement;
