Except as provided below or otherwise explicitly stated herein, the definitions provided in CERCLA and the National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan, 40 CFR Part 300 (hereinafter the National Contingency Plan or NCP), and RCRA shall control the meaning of the terms used in this Agreement.
