National Grid Gas or the “Issuer”) has established a Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the “Programme”) for the issuance of up to €10,000,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of debt instruments (the “Instruments”). The Instruments are constituted by an Amended and Restated Trust Deed (as amended or supplemented from time to time, the “Trust Deed”) dated 30 July 2019 between the Issuer and The Law Debenture Trust Corporation p.l.c.
