National Hydrographer definition

National Hydrographer means the organ of state that provide hydrographic and survey services in accordance with legislation promulgated by Parliament; "National Ports Act" means the National Ports Act, 2005 (Act No. 12 of 2005); "National Ports Authority of South Africa" means the National Ports Authority of South Africa as defined in terms of section 1 of the National Ports Act, 2005; "nautical mile" means a distance of 1 852 metres;
