National Weather Service definition

National Weather Service means the National Weather Service of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration of the United States Department of Commerce.
National Weather Service means the weather information service, of which the National Hurricane Center is a part, that is a line office of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
