Nationally Recognized Rating Agency definition

Nationally Recognized Rating Agency means any nationally recognized statistical rating organization identified as such by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Nationally Recognized Rating Agency or “NRRA” means any of Fitch Ratings, Inc. (“Fitch”), Moody’s Investors Service (“Moody’s”) or S&P Global Ratings (“S&P”).
Nationally Recognized Rating Agency means any one and each of S&P, ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ and Fitch, then rating any of the Bonds or any other nationally recognized statistical rating agency then rating any of the Bonds, which has been approved by the Significant Bondholder.
