Native Forest definition

Native Forest or “Native Forest Estate” means an area carrying a Forest Community;
Native Forest means forests occurring naturally in an area, as neither a direct nor indirect consequence of human activity post-dating European settlement.
Native Forest means mature trees and shrubs, and groundcovers consisting of native species, but dominated by native trees and providing at least 50 percent tree canopy and plants.
