Native Title Application definition

Native Title Application means the Application for Determination of
Native Title Application means any Claim or application under any law or future law relating to native or aboriginal title, including any application under the Native Xxxxx Xxx 0000 (Cth) or the Land Titles Validation Xxx 0000 (Vic).
