Necessary Consent definition

Necessary Consent means any agreement, permission, permit, licence, consent, exemption or other approval required by the Customer under any Applicable Laws in order to import or export the Cargo through the Port or to otherwise store or handle such Cargo at the Port or for any of the Cargo Services to be lawfully carried out in relation to the Cargo;

Examples of Necessary Consent in a sentence

  • Any Necessary Consent of a SwapClear Transaction notified by a SwapClear Clearing Member to the Clearing House prior to the LCH Cut-off Time is irrevocable.

  • The Clearing House shall have no liability in the event that any SwapClear Clearing Member suffers any loss through the unauthorised granting of a Necessary Consent.
