Neighborhood definition

Neighborhood means either of the following:
Neighborhood means in the same area; nearby including but not limited to the area within sight and/or sound. "Character of a neighborhood" refers to the distinctive traits, qualities or attributes; its appearance and essential nature, pattern of uses, and sense of community; the factors which give it identity.
Neighborhood means and refers to a portion of the Property, if any, defined

Neighborhood means and refers to a portion of the Property, if any, defined herein or in a Supplemental Declaration as a unique geographic area for which Neighborhood Assessments may be applicable.
