Neighborhood Assessments definition

Neighborhood Assessments means assessments levied against the Units in one or more particular Neighborhoods to fund Neighborhood Expenses, as more particularly described in this Declaration.
Neighborhood Assessments means assessments levied against the Lots and Dwelling Units in a particular Neighborhood or Neighborhoods to fund Neighborhood Expenses, as more particularly described in Sections 1 and 3 of Article X of these Amended and Restated Covenants.
Neighborhood Assessments means assessments levied against the Units in a particular Neighborhood or Neighborhoods to fund Neighborhood Expenses, as described in Article VII, Section 4.

More Definitions of Neighborhood Assessments

Neighborhood Assessments. Assessments levied against the Lots in a particular Neighborhood or Neighborhoods to fund Neighborhood Expenses, as more particularly described in Sections 10.1 and 10.4.
Neighborhood Assessments means assessments levied in accordance with Section 9.7 below.
Neighborhood Assessments means assessments for common expenses provided for herein or by any Subsequent Amendment which shall be used for the purposes of promoting the recreation, health, safety, welfare, common benefit, and enjoyment of the Owners and occupants of the Units against which the specific Neighborhood Assessment is levied and of maintaining the properties within a particular Neighborhood or Neighborhoods, all as may be specifically authorized from time to time by the Board of Directors and as more particularly authorized herein. Any Neighborhood Assessment shall be levied equally against all Units in the Neighborhood(s) benefiting from the services supported thereby, provided that in the event of assessments for exterior maintenance of structures, or insurance on structures or replacement reserves which pertain to particular structures (pursuant to an amendment to this Declaration), such assessments for the use and benefit of particular Units shall be levied on a pro rata basis among the benefited Units.
Neighborhood Assessments means and refer to assessments levied against Lots and Dwellings in a particular Neighborhood to fund Neighborhood Expenses.
Neighborhood Assessments means the amounts assessed against each Lot subject to Assessments in a particular Neighborhood or Neighborhoods, representing the Lot’s share of the Neighborhood Expenses as determined in accordance with Sections 11.2 and 11.5.
Neighborhood Assessments means assessments levied against the Lots in a particular Neighborhood or Neighborhoods as more particularly described in Article V, Sections 2 and 4 of this Declaration.
Neighborhood Assessments means assessments levied against the Lots in a particular Neighborhood to fund Neighborhood Common Expenses.
