Neither satisfied nor dissatisfied. , 2 means you “Not satisfied” and 1 means you “Not satisfied at all” with each statement.
Neither satisfied nor dissatisfied which means that some of your needs were met and some were not. Two for ‘Somewhat Dissatisfied,’ which means that most of your needs were not met. One for ‘Completely Dissatisfied,’ which means that none of your needs were met. Or you can say five-plus for ‘Delighted,’ which means that all of your expectations were truly exceeded.”
