Net Asset Value per Share definition
Net Asset Value per Share means the Net Asset Value of a Fund divided by the
Net Asset Value per Share means the value of a Share determined under Section 4.3.
Net Asset Value per Share means the Net Asset Value divided by the number of Shares outstanding on the date of calculation.

Net Asset Value per Share means, in respect of any shares, the Net Asset Value attributable to the
Net Asset Value per Share or “NAV per Share” means in respect of any Share the Net Asset Value attributable to the Shares issued in respect of a fund or a Share Class divided by the number of Shares in issue in respect of that fund or Share Class;
Net Asset Value per Share means the Net Asset Value divided by the number of Shares of the
