Net Asset Value per Share means the Net Asset Value of a Fund divided by the

Net Asset Value per Share means the value of a Share determined under Section 4.3.

Net Asset Value per Share or “NAV per Share” means in respect of any Share the Net Asset Value attributable to the Shares issued in respect of a fund or a Share Class divided by the number of Shares in issue in respect of that fund or Share Class;

More Definitions of Net Asset Value per Share

Net Asset Value per Share means the Net Asset Value divided by the number of Shares (in issue) of the relevant Fund (and where there is more than one Class of Shares in a Fund, the Net Asset Value attributable to each such Class, (subject to such adjustments, if any, as may be required) divided by the number of Shares (in issue) of the relevant Class).
