Net Assets definition

Net Assets sale," "sell" and "security" shall have the same meanings as such terms have in the 1940 Act, subject to such exemption as may be granted by the SEC by any rule, regulation or order. Where the effect of a requirement of the federal securities laws reflected in any provision of this Agreement is made less restrictive by a rule, regulation or order of the SEC, whether of special or general application, such provision shall be deemed to incorporate the effect of such rule, regulation or order. This Agreement may be signed in counterpart.
Net Assets. , in relation to the Trust, means, the excess of assets over liabilities of the Scheme as calculated in accordance with the Regulations.
Net Assets means the total Assets (other than intangibles) at cost, before deducting depreciation, reserves for bad debts or other non-cash reserves, less total liabilities, calculated at least quarterly by the Company on a basis consistently applied.

More Definitions of Net Assets

Net Assets means the total assets of the Fund minus the sum of the accrued liabilities. For any period less than a month during which this Agreement is in effect, the fee shall be prorated according to the proportion which such period bears to a full month of 28, 29, 30 or 31 days, as the case may be.

Net Assets means the excess of assets over liabilities of the Fund, such excess being computed in the manner as specified under the NBFC Rules.

The market value of a forward contract or a futures or option contract traded on a foreign exchange or market shall mean its market value as determined by the Trading Manager on a basis consistently applied for each different variety of contract.
