Net Cash Flow After Debt Service definition

Net Cash Flow After Debt Service for any period shall mean the amount obtained by subtracting Debt Service for such period from Net Cash Flow for such period.
Net Cash Flow After Debt Service means, with respect to the Property for any period, the amount obtained by subtracting Debt Service for such period from Net Cash Flow for such period.
Net Cash Flow After Debt Service means, for any period, the amount obtained by subtracting Debt Service, Mortgage Loan Debt Service and Mezzanine A Debt Service for such period from Net Cash Flow for such period.

Net Cash Flow After Debt Service means, for any Relevant Period, EBITDA after:
Net Cash Flow After Debt Service for any period, Net Operating Income for such period, minus (a) all expenditures during such period made by the Borrower in respect of tenant improvements, leasing commissions, capital expenditures and replacement reserves, and (b) all interest and principal payments (including Accelerated Amortization Payments) made on the Loans and the Existing Loans, and all interest actually paid on the 14% Debentures (other than payments of interest on the 14% Debentures made with the proceeds of cash contributions to the common equity of the Borrower by the Investors made contemporaneously with such interest payments), during such period.
Net Cash Flow After Debt Service for any period shall mean (a) the sum of (i) aggregate Net Rent for the Properties that are leased to a Master Tenant during such period plus (ii) the Gross Income From Operations for the Properties that are not leased to a Master Tenant less the aggregate Operating Expenses and Capital Expenditures for such Properties during such period, less (b) the Debt Service for such period.
