The Purchase Request shall specify (i) the amount of the Cash Payments to be paid to the Seller (which shall not be less than $30,000,000 and shall be an integral multiple of $100,000) and the Net Cash Payment to be paid to the Seller, and (ii) the date of such Purchase.
