Net Compensation definition

Net Compensation means the total net amount of payments, rebates or incentives received by an issuer from the payment card scheme, the acquirer or any other intermediary in relation to card-based payment transactions or related activities;
Net Compensation means Gross Compensation earned by and while a Representative of the Company multiplied by the Participant's payout rate (as defined in the applicable current H.D. Vest payout schedule) and less any fees, expenses, or other amounts which reduce Gross Compensation.

Net Compensation means the total amount recovered by the Employee from the third party for all losses including without limitation all general damages and special damages less the legal fees, costs and incurred by the member in relation to such recovery. Net Compensation means an Employee's total Compensation, less his Pre-Tax Contributions, for a Plan Year.
