Net deposits definition

Net deposits means deposits by public sector with banking sector net of credits.
Net deposits means the difference between deposit(s) and withdrawal(s) made by the Client, following the acceptance of these Loyalty T&Cs, in any account(s) the Client maintains with the broker3 (including trading accounts and wallets as appeared in MyFXTM) within the Program period. For the purposes of the present Loyalty T&Cs, whereas the difference is negative, the balance of the Net Deposit(s) shall be considered as zero.

If the daily average of Net Deposits maintained by the Borrower at such Lender during any month is less than the daily average outstanding principal balance of such Lender's Buy Down Loans for such month, the deficiency may, at such Lender's discretion, either be made up by maintaining a corresponding excess amount of Net Deposits with such Lender thereafter, or the Borrower will pay to such Lender a balance deficiency fee based on such deficiency. If the daily average of Net Deposits maintained by the Borrower with such Lender during any calendar month exceeds the daily average outstanding principal balance of such Lender's Buy Down Loans for the applicable borrowing period, any excess may be credited against Net Deposits required to support such Lender's Buy Down Loans in following months in a manner acceptable to the Borrower and such Lender. All such matters shall be governed by separate understandings among such Lender and the Borrower and the Agent shall have no responsibility therefor.
