Net Electrical Output definition

Net Electrical Output means the amount of Energy produced by the Facility measured in MWhs and metered at the Metering Point (adjusted for any transmission line and transformer losses, as determined in accordance with applicable tariffs and good utility practice, to the Delivery Point).

Net Electrical Output has the meaning set forth in Appendix C.

• Buyer and System Operator shall advise Seller of the periods during which such Unscheduled Outage may be undertaken, such periods to be reasonable in light of Buyer’s requirements for Net Electrical Output and System Operator’s requirements for Ancillary Services and the necessity for the Unscheduled Outage.

• Such data will include all of the available details as to Net Electrical Output, reactive power, voltage and other Grid conditions as may be available and shall be provided in a form readily usable by Buyer.

• Subject to the provisions of Section 7.4(d) and verification of the data recording system pursuant to Section 7.4(b), the Parties agree that the information contained in or obtained from such electronic data recording systems shall be used to determine the Net Electrical Output of the Complex.

• Title to, control of, and risk of loss of or damage to, custody, and liability for injury or damage caused by Net Electrical Output delivered under this Agreement shall pass from Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point.

• The quantities of Net Electrical Output delivered by Purchaser shall be metered and determined in accordance with the provisions of Clause 9.

More Definitions of Net Electrical Output

Net Electrical Output has the meaning given to it in the Power Purchase Agreement; "Net Heat Output" has the meaning given to it in the Heat Purchase Agreement; "Notices" has the meaning given to it in Clause 17.1.1;

Net Electrical Output or “NEO” means the electric output of the Facility (expressed in kW), measured during the Net Electrical Output Test, as delivered to the high voltage side of the main step-up transformers.

Net Electrical Output. The net electrical energy expressed in kWh that is generated by the Complex and delivered to the Interconnection Point, as measured by the Metering System or the Back-Up Metering System, as the case may be.

Net Electrical Output means, for any Dedicated Unit for any period, the net electric energy output (as measured in KWhs at the Electricity Metering Points) of such Dedicated Unit during such period.
