Net Electrical Output definition

Net Electrical Output means the amount of Energy produced by the Facility measured in MWhs and metered at the Metering Point (adjusted for any transmission line and transformer losses, as determined in accordance with applicable tariffs and good utility practice, to the Delivery Point).

Net Electrical Output. Energy from the Plant measured in kilowatt hours (kWh) which is generated at the Plant and delivered to the Buyer at the Delivery Point;

Examples of Net Electrical Output in a sentence

• The Main Meter shall be read jointly by the Seller and the Buyer monthly on the last day of each month (or such day as may be agreed upon by the Parties) for the purpose of determining the Net Electrical Output delivered into the Buyer’s system since the preceding meter reading.

• With no clear advantages to present in a professional sponsorship package, it remains impractical to pursue sponsors and retain credibility.

• At such point, the Buyer shall be in exclusive control and possession of the Net Electrical Output and shall be solely responsible for the same.

• Such data will include all of the available details as to Net Electrical Output, reactive power, voltage and other Grid conditions as may be available and shall be provided in a form readily usable by Buyer.

• At the Delivery Point, Net Electrical Output, and legal title to the same, shall be deemed to be transferred from the Seller and delivered to the possession of the Buyer.

More Definitions of Net Electrical Output

Net Electrical Output or “NEO” means the electric output of the Facility (expressed in kW), measured during the Net Electrical Output Test, as delivered to the high voltage side of the main step-up transformers.

Net Electrical Output has the meaning given to it in the Power Purchase Agreement; "Net Heat Output" has the meaning given to it in the Heat Purchase Agreement; "Notices" has the meaning given to it in Clause 17.1.1;

Net Electrical Output. The net electrical energy expressed in kWh that is generated by the Complex and delivered to the Interconnection Point, as measured by the Metering System or the Back-Up Metering System, as the case may be.

Net Electrical Output means, for any Dedicated Unit for any period, the net electric energy output (as measured in KWhs at the Electricity Metering Points) of such Dedicated Unit during such period.

Net Electrical Output means the net Energy delivered by Seller to the Department at the Delivery Point pursuant to this Agreement, after reduction for transmission losses up to the Delivery Point, but prior to any generator meter multiplier reduction applied by the CAISO.
