Net Electrical Output definition

Net Electrical Output means the amount of Energy produced by the Facility measured in MWhs and metered at the Metering Point (adjusted for any transmission line and transformer losses, as determined in accordance with applicable tariffs and good utility practice, to the Delivery Point).
Net Electrical Output. Energy from the Plant measured in kilowatt hours (kWh) which is generated at the Plant and delivered to the Buyer at the Delivery Point;

  • On and from the Commercial Operation Date, CEB shall pay to the Company, the Energy Payment for the Net Electrical Output which the Company has delivered to CEB, calculated in accordance with Schedule 4 (Calculation of Payments).

  • CEB shall check the certification of the CEB Meters through an accuracy test at least once every 2 (two) years thereafter or at any time the readings of Net Electrical Output from the CEB Meters and the Company Meter (if applicable) differ by an amount greater than 0.5% (one- half of one per cent) in accordance with the procedures mutually agreed by the Parties thereafter.

More Definitions of Net Electrical Output

Net Electrical Output or “NEO” means the electric output of the Facility (expressed in kW), measured during the Net Electrical Output Test, as delivered to the high voltage side of the main step-up transformers.
