Net Free Cash Flow definition

Net Free Cash Flow means the amount determined by subtracting general and administrative expenses, including employee compensation, from EBITDA and adding back any non-cash charges;
Net Free Cash Flow means EBITDA after adding back other non-cash charges, subtracting maintenance capital expenditures and adjusting for any non-recurring costs or expenses;

  • Within 80 days after the end of each fiscal year, Borrower shall deliver to E.ON a certificate setting forth its calculation of the Consolidated Net Free Cash Flow for the prior year and the components thereof, together with documents supporting such calculation.

  • By way of illustration, if the Consolidated Net Free Cash Flow for a particular fiscal year is negative $10 million and the Restricted Net Free Cash Flow for such fiscal year is positive $30 million, then for purposes of this Section 5.03(c) the Restricted Net Free Cash Flow considered to be generated in such fiscal year shall be $20 million.

Net Free Cash Flow means, in respect of StarPoint on a consolidated basis for any period, the consolidated net income for such period determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles before deduction of interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, minus (i) cash taxes paid, and (ii) scheduled principal and interest payments servicing interest-bearing debt for such period;

Net Free Cash Flow means Free Cash Flow less interest and principal payments paid on this Note. The Clawback Amount shall not be available to Holder if the cumulative amount of prohibited payments less the cumulative Net Free Cash Flow (in each case for the years since the date of this Note) is greater than $100,000.
