Net Income definition

Net Income means, with respect to any specified Person, the net income (loss) of such Person, determined in accordance with GAAP and before any reduction in respect of preferred stock dividends, excluding, however:

Examples of Net Income in a sentence

  • In the event that Members are issued Interests on different dates, the Net Income or Net Loss allocated to the Members for each Fiscal Year during which Members receive Interests will be allocated among the Members in accordance with Section 706 of the Code, using any convention permitted by law and selected by the Manager.

  • Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all individual items of Fund income, gain, loss and deduction will be divided among the Members in the same proportions as they share Net Income and Net Loss for the Fiscal Year or other period in question.

More Definitions of Net Income

Net Income means, as applied to any Person for any period, the aggregate amount of net income of such Person, after taxes, for such period, as determined in accordance with GAAP.
