Net Income Threshold definition

Net Income Threshold means Consolidated Net Income of greater than $0.01 for any two consecutive fiscal quarters ended on or after the Issue Date.
Net Income Threshold means the dollar amount equal to the percentage specified in Exhibit A under "Net Income Threshold" multiplied by the Performance Goal for Net Income for the Performance Period.
