The Servicer shall be entitled to reimbursement of any such tax from Net Liquidation Proceeds with respect to such Receivable.
Any cost incurred by the Servicer in maintaining such Force-Placed Insurance shall only be recoverable out of premiums paid by the Obligors or Net Liquidation Proceeds with respect to the Receivable, as provided in Section 4.4(c).
Net Liquidation Proceeds on any Receivable will be used first to pay the Principal Balance and accrued interest on such Receivable and then to pay the related Insurance Add-On Amount.
