Examples of Net Monthly Charges in a sentence

  • If the Net Monthly Charges is positive, the relevant Recipient that is a member of the Xxxx Group (or its designee) shall pay the amount of the Net Monthly Charges by wire transfer (or such other method of payment as may be agreed between the Parties) to the relevant Provider that is a member of the Parent Group (or its designee) within thirty (30) days of the receipt of each such invoice, including appropriate documentation as described herein, as instructed by the applicable Provider.

  • If the Net Monthly Charges is negative, the relevant Recipient that is a member of the Parent Group (or its designee) shall pay the amount of the Net Monthly Charges by wire transfer (or such other method of payment as may be agreed between the Parties) to the relevant Provider that is a member of the Xxxx Group (or its designee) within thirty (30) days of the receipt of each such invoice, including appropriate documentation as described herein, as instructed by the applicable Provider.

  • Except as otherwise agreed by the Parties, on a monthly basis, Parent shall prepare an invoice for such fiscal month noting, in reasonable detail, (i) the Service Charges and Reimbursement Charges with respect to Parent Services (the “Parent Monthly Charges”), (ii) the Service Charges and Reimbursement Charges with respect to Xxxx Services (the “Xxxx Monthly Charges”) and (iii) the Net Monthly Charges (as defined below).

  • If the Net Monthly Charges is positive, the relevant Recipient that is a member of the Enhabit Group (or its designee) shall pay the amount of the Net Monthly Charges by wire transfer (or such other method of payment as may be agreed between the Parties) to the relevant Provider that is a member of the Encompass Group (or its designee) within thirty (30) days of the receipt of each such invoice, including appropriate documentation as described herein, as instructed by the applicable Provider.

  • If the Net Monthly Charges is negative, the relevant Recipient that is a member of the Encompass Group (or its designee) shall pay the amount of the Net Monthly Charges by wire transfer (or such other method of payment as may be agreed between the Parties) to the relevant Provider that is a member of the Enhabit Group (or its designee) within thirty (30) days of the receipt of each such invoice, including appropriate documentation as described herein, as instructed by the applicable Provider.

  • Except as otherwise agreed by the Parties, on a monthly basis, Encompass shall prepare an invoice for such fiscal month noting, in reasonable detail, (i) the Service Charges and Reimbursement Charges with respect to Encompass Services (the “Encompass Monthly Charges”), (ii) the Service Charges and Reimbursement Charges with respect to Enhabit Services (the “Enhabit Monthly Charges”), and (iii) the Net Monthly Charges (as defined below).

Related to Net Monthly Charges

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, incurred by Customer for Services provided under this Agreement, excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international access that is passed-through (Type 3/PTT) or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by a Cybertrust Security Service Provider listed in the Guide, and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.

  • Monthly Loss Amount means the sum of all Foreclosure Losses, Restructuring Losses, Short Sale Losses, Portfolio Losses, Modification Default Losses and Deficient Losses realized by the Assuming Institution for any Shared Loss Month.

  • Debt Service Charges means for any Measurement Period, the sum of (a) Consolidated Interest Charges paid or required to be paid for such Measurement Period, plus (b) principal payments made or required to be made on account of Indebtedness (excluding the Obligations and any Synthetic Lease Obligations but including, without limitation, Capital Lease Obligations) for such Measurement Period, in each case determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Monthly Base Rent The monthly rent specified in Section 1.01(8).

  • Monthly Debt Service Payment Amount means, for each Monthly Payment Date, an amount equal to the amount of interest which is then due on all the Components of the Loan in the aggregate for the Interest Period during which such Monthly Payment Date occurs.

  • Net Monthly Excess Cashflow With respect to each Distribution Date, the sum of (a) any Overcollateralization Release Amount for such Distribution Date and (b) the excess of (x) Available Funds for such Distribution Date over (y) the sum for such Distribution Date of (A) the Monthly Interest Distributable Amounts for the Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates, (B) the Unpaid Interest Shortfall Amounts for the Class A Certificates and (C) the Principal Remittance Amount.

  • Annual Debt Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Net Monthly Excess Cash Flow For any Distribution Date the amount remaining for distribution pursuant to subsection 4.02(a)(iii) (before giving effect to distributions pursuant to such subsection).

  • Declared Monthly Consumption means the Declared Monthly Consumption set out in the Acceptance Form for Electricity Supply.

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Bond Service Charges means principal, including mandatory sinking fund requirements for retirement of obligations, and interest, and redemption premium, if any, required to be paid by the authority on obligations.

  • Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.

  • Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum. [INSERT FOR HFS: “Monthly Food and Beverage Fee” means the fee we require from you in Subsection 8.2, which is set forth in the Addendum.]

  • Basic Monthly Earnings means your monthly rate of earnings from the Sponsor in effect immediately prior to the date Disability or Partial Disability begins. However, such earnings will not include bonuses, commissions, overtime pay and extra compensation.

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located.

  • Monthly Excess Cashflow For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of the Monthly Excess Interest and Overcollateralization Release Amount, if any, for such date.

  • Monthly Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in subsection 3.01.

  • Usage Charges means the Charges for the Service or applicable part of the Service that are calculated by multiplying the volume of units that the Customer used or incurred in a period (e.g. number of users using the Service, or the number of minutes the Service was used for) with the relevant fee that is specified in the Online Order.

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • Monthly Earnings means your gross monthly income from your Employer, not including shift differential, in effect just prior to your date of disability. It includes your total income before taxes. It is prior to any deductions made for pre-tax contributions to a qualified deferred compensation plan, Section 125 plan or flexible spending account. It does not include income received from commissions, bonuses, overtime pay or any other extra compensation or income received from sources other than your Employer.

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Annual Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries.

  • Electricity Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of electricity.
