Net Pool Balance definition

Net Pool Balance means, as of any date, the aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance of all Receivables (other than Defaulted Receivables) of the Issuer on such date.
Net Pool Balance means, at any time, (a) the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables at such time in the Receivables Pool, minus (b) the Excess Concentration at such time.
Net Pool Balance means, at any time, the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables at such time reduced by the aggregate amount by which the Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables of each Obligor and its Affiliates exceeds the Obligor Concentration Limit for such Obligor.

  • Upon the occurrence of any Dilution, Seller shall be deemed to have received a Deemed Collection in the amount specified in the definition of “Deemed Collection,” and such Deemed Collection shall be immediately applied to reduce the Net Pool Balance.

More Definitions of Net Pool Balance

Net Pool Balance. On any date, an amount equal to (i) the aggregate Unpaid Balance of all Eligible Receivables in the Receivables Pool on such date, minus (ii) the Excess Concentration Amount on such date, minus (iii) any Specified Annual Rebate processed during the Collection Period during which such date occurs, if applicable.
