Net Tangible Asset Value definition

Net Tangible Asset Value and “NTA” means the value of the Company’s tangible assets less the value of the Company’s liabilities.
Net Tangible Asset Value has the meaning set out in Section 2.2(B).
Net Tangible Asset Value. The net value as of the Closing Date of the sum of (a) the total current assets of the Business (excluding (i) intercompany accounts and (ii) assets of X.X.
