Net Working Capital definition

Net Working Capital means, at any time, Consolidated Current Assets at such time minus Consolidated Current Liabilities at such time.
Net Working Capital means (i) all current assets of the Company and its Subsidiaries, minus (ii) all current liabilities of the Company and its Subsidiaries, except current liabilities included in Indebtedness.

Net Working Capital means, at any date, (a) the consolidated current assets of the Borrower and its consolidated Subsidiaries as of such date (excluding cash and Permitted Investments) minus (b) the consolidated current liabilities of the Borrower and its consolidated Subsidiaries as of such date (excluding current liabilities in respect of Indebtedness).
