Net Working Capital Schedule definition

Net Working Capital Schedule means the schedule attached hereto as Schedule 2, which schedule contains the calculations and principles used to determine the Net Working Capital.
Net Working Capital Schedule means the example statement of Net Working Capital set forth in Schedule 1.1(b) of the Company Disclosure Schedules.
