Network Participant definition

Network Participant means any health and social service organization that connects clients with services using the Unite Us Platform

Network Participant means each individual pharmacy, chain or Pharmacy Services Administrative Organizations (PSAO) that has entered into an agreement(s) with Prime or Claim Administrator (“Network Contract”) to provide Covered Prescription Drug Products and Services to Members, as may be amended. References to “Network Participant” may exclude Specialty Pharmacies and/or Mail Service pharmacies (separately defined in this Exhibit) as context dictates.

Network Participant means a person who volunteers or receives compensation to conduct network activities under s. NR 193.76 and meets the criteria established under s. NR 193.75.

• Prime will perform or cause to be performed pharmacy Claims audits to promote Network Participant contract integrity.

More Definitions of Network Participant

Network Participant means each individual pharmacy, chain or pharmacy service administrative organization (PSAO) that has entered into an agreement with the PBM or Florida Blue (“Network Contract”) to provide Covered Prescription Drug Products and Services to members, as may be amended from time to time.

Network Participant means a person or entity who has the ability to cause the happening of a Network Event, including any group of persons or entities acting in concert.

Network Participant means any financial institution such as a bank, thrift, credit union, or other entity, such as a merchant, which is a member of and/or is otherwise participating in a Network.

Network Participant is defined as any third party consumer service provider that CheckFree Service Corporation decides, in its sole discretion, to include in its network.

Network Participant means (i) a Partner Network or (ii) any covered entity, business associate, or other health care entity that participates in the Collective Network by executing an agreement with Collective with network terms substantially similar to those set forth in this Agreement. Subscriber is a Network Participant.

Network Participant or “Participating Pharmacy” means each individual pharmacy, chain or other dispensing provider that has entered into a Network Contract with BCBSNE or its designee to provide Covered Prescription Drug Services to Members.
