Network Providers definition
Network Providers means those pharmacists and pharmacies who provide covered health care services or supplies to an insured or a member pursuant to a contract with a network plan to act as a participating provider.
Network Providers or “Contracted Provider” or “Provider” shall mean the pool of contracted behavioral health professionals, substance abuse professionals, or Employee Assistance Professionals who have been approved by DES as a result of an RFQ.

The Covered Person is responsible for charges for Noncovered Services. Coinsurance is based on the lesser of the Allowable Charge or the billed charge for a Covered Service after the Deductible is applied. Payment will be made to the In-network Provider. When an In-network Provider is used, the Covered Person is not responsible for any amount in excess of the Contracted Amount.
Network Providers shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.3.
