Neutral Expert definition

Neutral Expert has the meaning set forth in Section 16.3(a).

Neutral Expert has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.1 (Notice; Experts).

Examples of Neutral Expert in a sentence

• The decision of the Neutral Expert will be final, binding, and non-appealable.

• After expiration of the applicable negotiation period set forth in Section 8.1.1 (Clinical Supply) or Section 8.1.2 (Commercial Supply), either Party may send the other Party written notice that it wishes to determine the final terms and conditions of such Manufacturing and Supply Agreement using a Neutral Expert.

Neutral Expert means an individual with special expertise

Neutral Expert has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.5(a) (Arbitration for Failure to Agree).

Neutral Expert means someone who because of his or her expertise has been selected by the parties or the court to provide technical background information and/or an opinion in a specific area.
