New Assets definition

New Assets means a New Franchise Agreement, a New Development Agreement or any other Managed Asset contributed to, or otherwise entered into or acquired by, the Securitization Entities after the Closing Date.

New Assets means all of the Average Real Estate Assets other than Contributed Assets. New Assets includes proceeds from the sale of a Contributed Asset that is used to purchase a new investment.

New Assets means infrastructure components, plant, machinery, equipment and any other units procured, supplied, installed, erected and commissioned by the Contractor during the Implementation period other than those existing on the site as on the Commencement Date;
