New Debt Securities definition

New Debt Securities means collectively the New Secured PIK Debt, the New Unsecured PIK Notes and the New Unsecured Convertible Notes.
New Debt Securities means any indebtedness for borrowed money of the Company (including any notes, bonds, debentures or similar instruments) in excess of $500,000 as a single issuance or a series of related issuances that is not a New Equity Security.
New Debt Securities means senior and/or subordinated unsecured debt securities of ASI in an aggregate principal amount not greater than $1,000,000,000, not maturing or subject to any sinking fund or any mandatory redemption, prepayment or repurchase requirement prior to February 1, 2002, and unconditionally guaranteed by Holding but not by any Subsidiary of ASI.
