New First Lien Notes Indenture definition

New First Lien Notes Indenture means the indenture governing the New First Lien Notes, a final or substantially final form of which will be included in the Plan Supplement.
New First Lien Notes Indenture means the indenture to be dated the Closing Date among the Issuer, the Guarantors, the Trustee and the Collateral Agent pursuant to which the New First Lien Notes are issued.
