Nothing contained in this Section 16 shall be construed to limit or otherwise affect (i) the governing law and jurisdiction provisions of the New Headquarters Lease with respect to any dispute that may arise under the terms of the New Headquarters Lease or (ii) the law governing or jurisdiction regarding the Committee Claim, the OSS Administrative Claim or the Allowed Claim.
