New Holder definition
New Holder or “New Holders” shall have the meaning given in the Preamble.
New Holder means any of the undersigned parties listed under Holder on a signature page hereto that is not a Prior Holder.

More Definitions of New Holder
New Holder means each Person in whose name a New Note is registered.
