New License definition

New License means a license issued to a driver:
New License means a license issued to an applicant who did not hold a valid license for a Commercial Passenger Boat of the same capacity category on November 30th of the year in which the application is made.
New License means the license issued by the Commission to the Licensee pursuant to Section 15 of the FPA for the continued operation of the Project, which shall take effect upon the Licensee’s acceptance thereof.

  • All costs, charges and expenses incurred by Licensee in connection with maintaining the License and/or assisting Lessee to procure a New License shall be paid pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.2 above.

New License means any license approved in writing by the Parties, other than Existing Licenses, required for the manufacture, Development or Commercialization of any VEGF Product.

The New License will be considered to have been issued, for the purposes of Section 13.6.1 of this Agreement, upon the exhaustion of all rights of appeal under the provisions of Section 313 of the Federal Power Act and/or state law provisions governing appeals of conditions of a Clean Water Act 401 certification and/or an NPDES permit.
