Upon timely delivery of such Extension Termination Notice, the term of the principal amount of this Note subject to such notice will be deemed automatically to mature on the Stated Maturity Date or the then applicable New Maturity Date, as the case may be.
If the Holder does not elect to extend the term of any portion of the principal amount of this Note during the specified period prior to any Renewal Date, such portion will become due and payable on the Interest Payment Date occurring in the sixth month (or the last month in the Special Election Interval) after such Renewal Date (the "New Maturity Date").
The New Maturity Date, as set forth on the signature page hereto, shall be the due date for the amounts to be extended pursuant to this Agreement (the “New Repayment Amount”).
The remaining principal balance of such Note, if any, will be deemed to automatically be extended to the corresponding New Maturity Date but in no circumstances may such Maturity be extended beyond the Final Maturity Date set forth below.
The Note Holder further acknowledges and agrees that New Repayment Amount set forth on the signature page hereto is the amount that is to be due and payable by the Company on or before the New Maturity Date.
