New Options definition

New Options means the options to purchase New Subordinate Shares issued pursuant to the Amended Equity Incentive Plan at or following the Amendment Time, which are outstanding as of the Acquisition Effective Time.
New Options means, collectively, the New NTL Management Incentive Options and the Euroco Management Incentive Options.
New Options means the options to purchase Shares of the Company granted under this Plan to employees of the Company and its Subsidiaries, other than Converted Options granted at the time of Distribution;

Examples of New Options in a sentence

  • If you exercise your New Options to purchase shares, you may be entitled to receive dividends.

  • We do not believe that you will be subject to tax when the New Options are granted to you under the 2000 Plan.

More Definitions of New Options

New Options shall have the meaning set forth in the fourth “whereas” paragraph.
New Options means options to purchase New Non-Voting Shares issued by FCL Amalco, pursuant to the Arrangement in exchange for Options;
New Options means options to purchase New Non-Voting Shares issued by Fording pursuant to the Arrangement in exchange for Options;
New Options means Options of the Company (i) up to an aggregate total of 4,000,000 Options to be issued and granted at the closing of the IPO (but excluding the Existing Options), (ii) each having rights with respect to no more than one Class A Ordinary Share, (iii) each having an exercise price of not less than the IPO Price and (iv) issued and granted to directors, officers or employees of the Company as part of the Company’s management incentive arrangements.
New Options means the options to be issued by Reorganized Group to purchase New Common Stock pursuant to the provisions of the Incentive Option Plan.
New Options means options granted to the Participants that enable the Participants to acquire shares in an acquiring company. Such New Options are exercisable only at condition that the Participant has expressly and irrevocably renounced to exercise Options granted under the Plan and that have not lapsed at the date of the Change of Control.
New Options means in respect of any Portfolio Business Day, all Portfolio Constituents, that are Option Contracts, to which exposure is acquired on such Portfolio Business Day;
