More Definitions of New Patents

New Patents means any Patents filed by or on behalf of or with the authority of UCLB (for itself or on behalf of UCL), in respect of which the priority filing is first filed after the Effective Date, and which Orchard has elected to include in its licence hereunder pursuant to Clause 8.1.2;
New Patents means any patent(s) issuing from patent applications filed after the Effective date of this License Agreement for any of the record of invention disclosures and/or provisional applications enumerated in the definition ofLicensed Technology” or any Improvements developed by or for Licensor whether wholly or partially owned by Licensor or co-owned with Licensee.
