New Patents definition

New Patents means as defined in Section 9.6 below.
New Patents means Patents filed after the Effective Date with respect to New Know-How.
New Patents means any patent(s) issuing from patent applications filed after the Effective date of this License Agreement for any of the record of invention disclosures and/or provisional applications enumerated in the definition ofLicensed Technology” or any Improvements developed by or for Licensor whether wholly or partially owned by Licensor or co-owned with Licensee. The Parties shall fully cooperate with each other with regard to such application and prosecution of the New Patents. The term “Co-owned Patent” means a patent(s) owned by and/or assigned to either or both of the University of South Florida and the Licensor and Licensee (or a successor in interest of any of them) based on the laws of inventorship and ownership.

Examples of New Patents in a sentence

  • At Company’s reasonable request during the Term, Penn will provide Company with an updated Exhibit B, which update shall include without limitation any patents or patent applications that have become Penn New Patents.

  • Telix shall assign and hereby assigns all of its and its Affiliates’ right, title, and interest in any Lilly New Know-How and Lilly New Patents to Lilly, free and clear of all liens, claims, and encumbrances (except for those set forth in this Agreement).

  • The Parties shall reasonably cooperate in good faith in seeking and obtaining patent extensions in any country for any Joint New Patents, with the cost thereof to be borne as agreed upon in good faith by the Parties.

  • Telix, at Telix’s expense, has, subject to Sections 11.2(b)(ii)(2) and 11.2(b)(iii), the sole right and obligation to control the Prosecution and maintenance of the Telix Patents and Telix Radiodiagnostic Patents, other than Joint New Patents, using patent counsel of Telix’s choice.
