More Definitions of New Releases

New Releases means the latest version of the Hardware, including any updates, revisions, or modifications released by ZPE.
New Releases means any maintenance release relating to the Licensed Materials including, but not limited to, error fixes, minor upgrades and patches (but not including New Versions), included within the fee for the Licensed Materials.
