New Resident definition

New Resident means a new occupant of the Resident’s Premises to be procured by the Owner, and who must be an Eligible Resident.
New Resident means a resident who enters into a Residence Contract of the Accommodation Unit upon or subsequent to the surrender of the right to reside granted by this Contract.
New Resident means a Resident who did not occupy a student accommodation residence owned by the University on the date the University accepted the application.
